Return Policy
Purchased items are determined unreturnable if worn, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer. If you need to return or exchange a part or all of your purchase from ILLSPIRE Clothing, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 15 days of the purchase. Be sure to return the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the return ILLSPIRE Clothing address. Include your receipt, a note describing the problem, your contact info, and the method of exchange. For your contact info, include your name, address, phone # and e-mail. This information will allow us to contact you, if necessary regarding the return. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for credit towards another ILLSPIRE purchase.
If you are not happy with your shirt or size and opt to get another one in exchange, grab our Return Form. Shipping is usually 2-3 business days. Please include the amount listed for shipping cost with your return form. For the return of T-shirts, tanks, or hats please include $6. For returns with two or more items please include $10. For returns of varsity jackets please include $15.
